O longa contará com grandes nomes no elenco, como Angelina Jolie (Thena), Richard Madden (Ícaro), Kit Harington (Cavaleiro Negro), Salma Hayek (Ajak), Kumail Nanjiani (Kingo), Lauren Ridloff (Makkari), Brian Tyree Henry (Phastos), Lia McHugh (Sprite) e Don Lee (Gilgamesh).

Eternos será lançado dia 5 de novembro com exclusividade nos cinemas. O longa não poderá ser visto pelo Premier Acess do Disney+. Sua chegada ao streaming só acontecerá 45 dias depois da estreia na telona.
